Job summary

The Hong Kong Study Skills Research Institute in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate – Equipment Operator for the 2nd shift. The role includes working a start time of either 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM, completing general warehouse tasks safely and accurately, and maintaining inventory integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and a strong work ethic, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs and work overtime as needed. Competitive pay of $20.00 per hour plus benefits including medical, dental, and a 401K plan are offered.

Qualifications

Shift Hours

3:00PM or 5:00PM start (Monday – Friday).

Start Pay

$20.00 / hour + $2.50 / hour shift differential, incentive bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours, based on business need
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours beyond regular shift hours
• Drive to excel in fast‑paced environment
• Physically able to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry and lift up to 50lbs
• Comfortable standing or walking for up to 12 hours

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely complete general warehouse tasks
• Sort, label, and store picked product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Effectively communicate with co‑workers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Complete tasks using hand‑held RF units / scanners
• Follow established standard operating procedures for given tasks
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and abide by all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
• Pre‑employment background check & drug screen required
