Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Lebanon, TN distribution center.

You will safely operate powered industrial equipment, pick and transport products, and use RF scanners to ensure inventory accuracy. The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to work a 8:00 PM–6:30 AM schedule with a $22.50 hourly starting pay plus a $2.50 shift differential, plus medical/dental/vision, and

Formación

• 2+ years warehouse and distribution experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners or voice systems.
• Build, wrap, label and organize pallets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality and safety per SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and participate in meetings.
