Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. Schedule: Monday–Friday with start times at 6:30 AM or 8:00 AM depending on responsibilities.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with PIT certification training provided. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO and wellness programs are included after 30 days. Wage range may vary by location and regulations.

Qualifications

• Overtime work as needed based on business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment following OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems for daily tasks.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety following SOPs.
