Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. The role requires 2+ years in warehousing and operation of powered industrial equipment, with shift 8:00PM - 6:30AM and a starting pay of $22.50/hr including a $2.50/hr differential.

You will pick, sort, stage, store and transport products using RF scanners and voice systems, while maintaining inventory accuracy and strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work at heights.
• Experience with RF scanners or voice systems is preferred or readiness to learn.
• Regular attendance and adherence to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment following OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Use RF scanners and voice systems and maintain inventory integrity.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; participate in housekeeping.
• Communicate with team and attend meetings; follow all company policies.
