Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. The role targets individuals with 2+ years of warehouse and equipment experience who prioritize safety and accuracy, and who can reliably complete tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The position runs Monday–Thursday, 8:00PM–6:30AM, with starting pay of $22.50/hour plus a $2.50/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse, distribution, shipping, and/or receiving experience required
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Willingness to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to locations
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems for daily tasks
• Maintain inventory integrity by palletizing and labeling materials
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to PPE requirements
• Communicate with team and participate in meetings to suggest improvements
