Job summary

Ferguson Lebanon, TN is hiring 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators. The role requires operating powered industrial equipment, picking and moving products, and using RF scanners or voice systems to maintain inventory accuracy. A strong safety mindset and reliable attendance are essential.

Starting pay is $22.50/hour with benefits after 30 days. Eligible for medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Comfort with RF scanners or voice-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall-protection equipment when required
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
