Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. This role requires 2+ years of warehouse and equipment experience, and the ability to work a night shift 8:00 PM–6:30 AM.

You will safely operate powered industrial equipment and use RF scanners and voice systems to pick and move items. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with additional benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with match, paid time off, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse experience
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, reach trucks)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures
• Pick, sort, stage, and transport product to locations
• Use RF scanners/voice systems for daily tasks
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize pallets
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required
• Support team communication and housekeeping efforts
