Job summary

Ferguson is hiring for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate in Lebanon, TN. You will safely operate powered industrial equipment and handle pick/pack tasks, using RF scanners and voice systems to manage inventory.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution center environment. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a $2.50 per hour shift differential, and opportunities for benefits including insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred (3+ years suggested).
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Experience with or readiness to learn RF scanners or voice systems.
• Regular attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Use RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems to complete tasks.
• Build and wrap pallets, maintain inventory integrity and labeling.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety per SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented environment.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe; follow PPE and fall-protection requirements.
