Job summary

Ferguson Lebanon, TN is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator to safely pick, stage, and move inventory using RF scanners and voice systems. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety procedures, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution center.

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $23.79 per hour with potential overtime, benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO. Training for PIT certification is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution, shipping or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with RF scanners or voice systems is a plus.
• Commitment to following safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
