Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Supply Chain team in Putnam, CT. You may work in areas such as Bulk/Material Handling Equipment operation, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and related equipment, maintaining safety, and assisting with loading, unloading, and packing. Flexibility to move between roles as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift for full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move product up to 100 lbs safely.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and adhere to safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, putaway, returns, and shipping tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to resolve issues and ensure accurate counts.
