Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Receiving) – Full-Time for the Day shift in Killingly, CT. You will wrap and load pallets, operate material handling equipment, and help ensure accurate pallet preparation for outbound shipments.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, paying $20.00/hour. Training is provided; a safety-first culture supports growth, with benefits and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
• Minimum three (3) months related warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 100 pounds.
• Basic English reading/writing, basic math and data entry.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Staples does not sponsor work visas for this position.
• Preferred: High School Diploma/GED; forklift/pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets of cases and totes for shipment to stores and stack empty pallets.
• Load finished pallets manually; lift, lower, and carry product.
• Move product around warehouse using MHE.
• Verify accuracy of completed pallets and resolve discrepancies.
• Adopt safety procedures to ensure safe work practices and prevent injury.
