Job summary

Staples is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Greencastle, IN to support six areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping. You may move between roles as needed and operate equipment to lift up to 100 lbs with safety as a priority.

Shifts run 9:00pm–5:00am Sunday–Thursday. The role offers $24.20/hour with a $2.00 shift differential, plus full-time/part-time benefits and opportunities for career growth within Staples Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required for full-time associates based on business needs.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety shoes and be able to walk/stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move product up to 100 lbs.
• Work across six roles: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and internal/external contacts to resolve issues.
• Support warehouse operations during peak periods and shift changes.
