Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our fulfillment center team in Braselton, GA. You will prepare glass for distribution, operate MHE, scan inventory with RF devices, and help meet tight shipping timelines to get parts to field teams.

The role offers evening shifts (3:30pm-2:00am) with shift premiums and a strong benefits package including 401(k) with company match, medical coverage, PTO, holidays and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating MHE equipment such as forklift, order picker or reach truck.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and meet shipping timelines.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance for team support.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE equipment up to heights of 40 feet.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory using handheld RF scanners.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance and keep the area tidy.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers and support inventory replenishment.
