Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Fulfillment Center Associate II in the United States to prepare glass for distribution to field teams. You’ll operate MHE, perform pallet breakdown, use RF scanners to receive and ship inventory, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards.

Shift is Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm with pay starting at $21.50/hour plus premiums. Benefits include a 401(k) match, medical coverage, PTO and holidays, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year, paid training, and access to Safelite

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weight limit of 300 pounds for operating order picker equipment.
• Experience with MHE equipment such as forklift/order picker/reach truck.
• Able to work in varying environmental conditions and stand for long shifts.
• Physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more MHE pieces up to 40 feet high (forklift, reach truck, or order picker).
• Perform daily warehousing tasks like pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements and keep work area clean.
• Build steel pallets and prep them for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
