Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Center (FC) Associate II to prepare glass for distribution and support timely shipments to field teams. You will operate MHE, scan inventory with RF devices, and keep the work area safe and organized.

Shift: Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:30pm. Pay starts at $21.50/hour plus premiums; benefits include a 401(k) with company matching, medical plans, PTO, holidays, and up to $5,250 tuition reimbursement annually, plus paid training and access to resources at

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weight limit of 300 pounds for operating specified equipment.
• Experience with MHE such as forklift/order picker/reach truck.
• Comfortable with varying environmental conditions and long shifts.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (up to 50 lbs).
• Punctual, reliable and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE such as forklift, reach truck, or order picker up to 40 feet.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and secure work area through housekeeping.
• Build steel pallets and prep them for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
