Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Seasonal Fulfillment Center Associate II to support distribution of parts to field teams. You will operate MHE, manage pallets, and use RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

This role features 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shifts with pay starting at $25.80/hour plus shift premium; premiums vary by time slot (3pm–11pm +$1.50/hr; 11pm–5am +$2.00/hr). Weekly pay and training provided. Safety first and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weight limit of 300 pounds for order picker operation.
• Experience with some MHE equipment such as forklift/order picker/reach truck.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (seasonal heat/cold).
• Lifts up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and maintains steady attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE such as forklift/order picker to heights up to 40 feet.
• Perform warehousing tasks like pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
• Use RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
