Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to prepare glass products for distribution and support field operations. You will operate MHE, perform warehousing tasks, and use RF scanners to manage inventory while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with some MHE equipment such as a order picker, forklift, or reach truck.
• Weight limit of 300 pounds for operation of order picker.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally; physical tasks and standing.
• Comfortable in varying environmental conditions (heat/cold).
• Punctuality and consistent attendance to support teammates.
• Positive attitude with focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one piece of MHE (forklift, reach truck, or order picker) up to heights of 40 feet.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks (pallet breakdown, dunnage preparation).
• Use handheld RF scanners for receiving, picking, shipping, or locating inventory.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and secure work area through housekeeping.
• Build steel pallets and prepare for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
