Safelite is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support our fulfillment center operations. You will help prepare glass parts for distribution, operate MHE equipment, and use RF scanners to ensure accurate receiving, picking, and shipping.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate MHE equipment (forklift/order picker/reach truck) per manufacturer specs.
• Comfortable with varying environmental conditions and long shifts.
• Physical tasks: lift up to 35 lb, occasionally 50 lb.
• Punctual and maintain consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude with focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one piece of MHE up to 40 feet height.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks such as pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Build steel pallets and prep for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
