Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Center (FC) Associate II to prepare glass for distribution and support fast shipping timelines. The role uses MHE, RF scanners, and pallet builds to ensure accuracy and safety on the warehouse floor.

Weekend shifts, starting pay of $21.50 per hour, and access to benefits including tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weight limit 300 pounds for equipment operation.
• Experience with MHE such as forklift, order picker or reach truck.
• Comfortable with varied environmental conditions and long shifts.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, sometimes more.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE equipment such as forklift or order picker to move glass.
• Perform daily warehousing tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Build steel pallets and prepare inventory replenishment.
