Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates for Associate II and Associate I levels to support fulfillment center operations across multiple shifts in Georgia. You will perform tasks from receiving and picking to packing and shipping, using MHE and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

Roles are available on 1st shift or 2nd shift with potential for overtime. Opportunities for skill development and advancement exist in a safe, team‑driven warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE such as forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers up to 40 feet.
• Complete daily warehouse tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, and locate inventory.
• Build and stage steel pallets for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with manual trailer offloading.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates at both Associate I and Associate II levels to support fulfillment center operations across multiple shifts. These opportunities are ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their warehouse careers.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 5:30am-3:00pm Monday - Friday
• Ship to Store: 6:00am-6:30pm Sun - Tue or Wed - Fri
• 2nd Shift: 3:30pm-2:00am Monday - Thursday
• OT as needed

Associate II level roles are available on the 1st and Ship to Store shifts. Associate I level roles are available on 2nd shift.

Warehouse Associate II – What You’ll Do

• Complete daily warehouse tasks including pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the warehouse

Warehouse Associate I – What You’ll Do

• Inspect and prepare glass parts for shipment by cleaning, buffing, taping, and recovering damaged items
• Assist with warehouse upkeep, including basic maintenance and cleaning
• Build steel pallets and support inventory preparation and bin maintenance
• Support outbound pack floor operations
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Comply with all safety and PPE requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
