Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate for overnight shifts in Ohio. You will provide courteous hospitality, assist guests with parking and luggage, and help ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences.

Responsibilities include safely parking and retrieving vehicles, handling bell services, and explaining rates and procedures while maintaining professional interactions with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license in your state or within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in arrival and departure processes.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, assisting guests with luggage when applicable.
• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and co-workers.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; process keys and receipts accurately; assist with mobility and directions.
