Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate for overnight shifts to deliver exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently. You will assist guests with luggage, provide directions, and answer inquiries with a focus on friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include explaining rates, processing tickets, and handling revenue as needed. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction and operational accuracy for a seamless arrival and departure

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance.
• Work Experience: One month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Principles for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and acknowledge guests by name where possible.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about facilities and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, keys, and claim checks.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and process revenue when necessary.
• Ensure safety and assist with bell services and luggage storage as required.
