The work involves 12-hour shifts, weekend coverage, and compliance with supervisor directions. Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing the work area, managing scrap and balers, and assisting with downtime tasks.

Qualifications

• Provide breaks and fill in for absenteeism as directed for listed operator roles.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coating area and surrounding spaces.
• Adhere to the attendance policy and notify supervisor of absences as required.
• Work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and non-rotating schedule as described.

Responsibilities

• Give breaks for Sew-On Operator, Sew-On Lift Truck Operator, Froth Operator, and Console Operator.
• Fill in for absences while ensuring all job duties of the covered role are met.
• Keep the coating area clean and swept twice per shift.
• Process scrap through MRM and weight scrap each shift if needed.
• Balance balers and blow screens at end of shift.
• Follow shift supervisor's designated break times and attendance rules.
• Work 12-hour shifts on a Sunday–Thursday schedule and comply with holidays.
