Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Utility Relief II for a Sunday through Thursday night shift (11pm–7am) in Dalton, GA. You will provide breaks for sewing and coating lines and assist with housekeeping and machine maintenance.

The role involves standing for long periods and working across the coater, baler and related equipment. Typical duties include cleaning, scrap processing, and adhering to attendance policies while supporting production continuity and safety on a 12-hour schedule,

Formación

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Responsabilidades

• Provide breaks for Sew-On Operator, Sew-On Lift Truck Operator, Froth Operator and Console Operator as directed
• Clean and sweep coaters area twice per shift and manage scrap processing
• Follow Scrap and MRM procedures to weight and route scrap as needed
• Balance daily housekeeping tasks including oven screens, balers and guard rails
• Attend to shift attendance per Corporate policy and communicate absences in advance
