Community Solutions Inc. is seeking a Residential Re-Entry Specialist to join our team at the Chase Center in Waterbury, CT.

You will supervise clients, facilitate counseling, and support their re-entry goals while adhering to agency policies and safety procedures. The role involves 40 hours weekly on a Fri-Mon overnight schedule, with a pay rate of $21.45 per hour plus applicable shift differentials and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one for one basis.
• Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift changes; may stay later.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and uphold agency policies for safety and security.
• Facilitate counseling, advocacy and support for clients.
• Administer assessments and monitor progress toward service plan goals.
• Engage clients in case management and evidence-based groups.
• Ensure safety and security of the facility and conduct routine checks.
