Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Full-time 3rd Shift Residential Re-Entry Specialist for the Drapelick Center in Bloomfield, CT.

The role involves urinalysis, client monitoring, intake, and movement of clients, with duties to ensure security and smooth shift handoffs. The position reports to the Program Director and offers comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven nonprofit serving individuals involved in child welfare, juvenile

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years’ experience in the social service or criminal justice field. Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• Pass a Federal Bureau of Prisons background check.
• Attend 40hrs of FBOP required training prior to working FBOP clients.
• Strong attention to details.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Report to work 15 minutes before their scheduled shift.
• Conduct urinalysis and related client monitoring.
• Verify items passed between shifts and ensure facility security.
• Supervise visits and document all activities.
• Complete intake and client orientation during shifts.
• Monitor medication self-administration and transportation as needed.
