Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. seeks a Residential Re-Entry Specialist to join the Chase Center team in Waterbury, CT. You will supervise clients, facilitate counseling and support their re-entry goals within a trauma-informed framework.

The role administers assessments, monitors service plans, and involves safety duties, searches, intake, and transportation. Schedule Fri-Mon 10:00pm–8:00am; pay is $21.45 per hour plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in social service or criminal justice.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one-for-one basis.
• Arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change; may be required to stay later.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide client supervision and complete program operations.
• Uphold agency policies for safety and security of clients, property and community.
• Conduct intake, orientation, and client movement within the facility.
• Perform searches (room, common area, perimeter) and document results.
• Transport clients as needed in company vehicle; document incidents.
• Supervise client visits and sign in visitors/contractors.
• Monitor self-administration of medication and complete required paperwork.
