Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Tool Technician - Night Shift at the San Antonio plant to oversee setup, calibration, maintenance, and repair of production tooling and equipment. This role supports a second-shift launch in 2027 and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years' experience in a tool technician, maintenance or related role in manufacturing.
• Technical Certificate or Associates degree in industrial maintenance or similar program.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, calibration, maintenance, and repair of production tooling and equipment.
• Read and follow SWIs, position standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Coach the P&L Way attitudes and behaviors and ensure safe work practices.
• Repair, troubleshoot, and optimize tooling to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with engineering on new solutions and product introductions.
