Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the San Antonio Manufacturing Plant to perform general and preventative maintenance on production equipment, including electro-mechanical systems. The role supports safety, quality and continuous improvement while working with a skilled team.

The position starts on Day shift for training, transitioning to Night shift with a 10% differential. Eligible candidates may receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; multiple lines indicate progression.
• Associate degree in maintenance, mechanical or electrical field preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and industrial systems is expected.
• Ability to work different shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance of production equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and support corrective actions.
• Maintain and repair electro-mechanical systems (hydraulic/pneumatic, etc.).
• Document work in CMMS and communicate status to leads.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in continuous improvement.
• Assist with routine inspections and housekeeping in the plant.
