Job summary

• EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates, implements, and evaluates the patient Plan of Care.
• Provides timely nursing interventions based on patient needs.
• Communicates patient status changes to the healthcare team.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record.
• Delegates and supervises assigned staff during the shift.
• Educates patients and families about care and discharge needs.
• Reviews and initiates provider orders and coordinates care.
• Identifies safety risks and follows fall prevention and medication safety policies.
