Responsibilities include implementing the Plan of Care, documenting thoroughly, ensuring safety, and mentoring colleagues while supporting a coordinated care approach and positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• NIH Stroke Certification required or eligible for within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care per the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with health care team to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy unit.
• Supervise assigned staff and provide team support.
