Responsibilities include assessments, timely interventions, patient education, and collaboration with the care team to ensure safe recovery and outstanding outcomes. Nurses rotate between units to maintain wide clinical competency.

Qualifications

• Acute care hospital experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• EMR proficiency.
• Orthopedic nursing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care for post-surgical and orthopedic patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor status.
• Prioritize care with strong clinical judgment and time management.
• Document in EMR and follow safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families on post-op care and recovery.
