Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year as a nurse.
ACLS preferred at hire or within 90 days of hire.
EPIC preferred

Responsabilités

Facilitates, implements, and evaluates the patient Plan of Care to achieve optimal outcomes.
Provides timely and appropriate nursing interventions based on patient needs and clinical priorities.
Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and communication with the healthcare team.
Maintains patient safety and risk management practices.
Documents assessments and interventions accurately in the medical record.
Affirms patient and family education needs and provides tailored information.
