In this role you will deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse medical conditions with a subspecialty in cancer care and surgical procedures, working with a multidisciplinary team.

You will implement the patient plan of care, collaborate with the health care team, advocate for patients, and document assessments and interventions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a nurse.
• ACLS preferred at hire or within 90 days of hire.
• EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates, implements, and evaluates the Patient Plan of Care and outcomes.
• Collaborates with the health care team to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Acts as a patient advocate.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
