Beebe Healthcare is seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry Nurse to deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient care in a full-time day shift. The role requires clinical judgment, effective communication, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, coordinated patient outcomes.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, NIH stroke certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a nurse.
• ACLS preferred at hire or within 90 days of hire.
• EPIC preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitates, implements, and evaluates the patient Plan of Care to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provides timely and appropriate nursing interventions based on patient needs and clinical priorities.
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and technical competence in delivering patient care.
• Assesses, analyzes, and communicates patient condition changes and relevant clinical information promptly to the healthcare team.
• Acts as a patient advocate, ensuring patient needs, preferences, and safety concerns are addressed.
