Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE is seeking a compassionate Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse for a full‑time night shift. You will provide direct and indirect care to intermediate care patients, focusing on safety, healing, and well‑being.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years nursing experience caring for Step Down level of care patients including cardiothoracic surgery patients, preferred.
• EPIC preferred

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, implement, and evaluate individualized Patient Plans of Care and corresponding outcomes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient results and ensure continuity of care.
• Serve as a strong patient advocate, promoting safety, dignity, and well‑being.
• Deliver timely and effective nursing interventions based on patient needs.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and provider communications in real time.
• Identify patient safety risk factors, including fall risk, skin integrity concerns, and the need for restraints.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise assigned staff to ensure high‑quality patient care.
