Qualifications

• Minimum one year Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Must complete Point of Care Testing training as part of Department Orientation.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Clinical Practice: Facilitate, implement, and evaluate the Patient Plan of Care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary health care team.
• Safety & Risk Assessment: Assess patient safety risks and identify those requiring specific safety devices or interventions.
• Technical & Procedural Skills: Utilize appropriate technical skills and equipment operation; collect specimens and ensure timely delivery to labs.
• Documentation & Communication: Document assessments and care activities; update documentation as patient condition changes and communicate with the care team.
