Responsibilities

• Collect samples of product for testing and quality verification.
• Sanitize tanks, lines, heat exchangers, and other equipment per safety and quality procedures.
• Monitor process temperatures and stage beer for production.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment.
• Record production data and ensure correct keg handling and packaging.
