Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the night shift. You will oversee the warehousing and production teams and implement operational strategies to meet quality and efficiency goals.

The role involves coordinating with departments, training staff, developing SOPs, managing FIFO, and ensuring GMP and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures.
• Regular use of computer, writing, and filing required.
• Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with math and science skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing and production teams and implement operational strategies.
• Coordinate with departments and train staff to adopt new processes.
• Develop SOPs and continuously improve warehousing and production procedures.
• Conduct training of production leads, dock coordinators, distribution clerks and inventory controls.
• Manage receiving, storage and distribution of supplies and products.
• Assist with FIFO inventory setup and control.
• Suggest personnel actions for hourly employees and assist with staffing.
• Assist with scheduling to ensure efficient use of warehouse and production personnel.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards and support audit readiness.
• Liaise with production and warehouse processes for visits by customers and vendors.
