Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing Company is seeking a Quality Control Technician I for the night shift. The role performs daily quality control testing, monitors critical process parameters, and ensures products align with customer specifications. You will collect samples, verify packaging, and maintain QA documentation.

The position requires high attention to detail, basic MS Office skills, and familiarity with SAP or similar inventory systems. Night shifts include a $750 bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Chemistry preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily QC testing on energy drinks and related products.
• Monitor temperatures, pH, titration, and brix during production.
• Collect and manage retention and customer samples accurately.
• Validate can codes, weights, and packaging materials for specs.
• Generate COA and Micro reports and maintain QA data entry.
