Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing Company, a leading contract beverage producer, is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician for the night shift. You’ll perform daily QC testing, including pH, titration, brix, and can weight checks, and ensure product meets specifications before release.

Work is on a 12-hour night schedule (6p-6a) with a 2-2-3 rotating pattern, plus a $2 night differential where applicable. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, familiarity with GMP/HACCP, and experience with lab

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and customer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• 1–3 years in a quality/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily QC testing on energy drinks including pH, titration, brix, and can weights.
• Follows procedures precisely and collects retention and customer samples.
• Ensures correct codes on cans/packaging and inspects for defects.
• Performs HPLC analysis and titratable acidity analysis as needed.
• Maintains calibration of measuring devices and records data in CSBC Quality Control Database.
