Meijer Inc. in Marion, OH seeks an Overnight Team Leader to plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day store operations. You’ll mentor staff, drive customer service, and maintain store standards during overnight shifts.

You’ll staff, hire, develop career paths, handle disciplinary actions when needed, and manage area P&L while controlling shrink and ensuring safe operations. You'll lead with Meijer’s Friendly Initiative, communicate clearly, and ensure team members are trained and aligned with

Qualifications

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning by identifying development needs and promotion potential.
• Documents and applies disciplinary actions and makes discharge recommendations.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and minimizing shrink for the department.
• Models exceptional, fast, friendly customer service and Meijer standards.
• Mentors and coaches team members to exceed service and sales goals.
• Ensures staff are trained and perform within required standards.
