Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related retail experience
• One year of management experience
• Rotational assignments in meat, bakery, produce and deli; customer service and product flow experience helpful
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to team members with clear direction
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and address root causes
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information for informed decisions
• Successful completion of required certifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in day-to-day operations within store departments.
• Mentor and coach team members; develop strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales.
• Maintain store appearance, product presentation, and adherence to company standards.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs; promote succession planning and career development.
• Disciplinary actions documentation and discharge recommendations; maintain safe work environment.
