Job summary

Stanley Engineered Fastening LLC is seeking a tapping machine operator for the 3rd shift (10pm-6am) with training on the 1st shift. The role offers a base rate of $22.60 per hour plus a 7% shift differential to compensate for off-hours work.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Mathematical ability and practical use of percentages and ratios.
• Ability to read/write and communicate effectively.
• Ability to understand written, verbal or diagrammatic instructions.
• Ability to lift and/or carry 5-25 pounds regularly and occasionally 25-65 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Start machine and adjust operation as needed.
• Gauge and check parts for conformance to specifications.
• Record and plot on SPC charts.
• Record production on daily sheet.
• Operate PIV and electric pallet jack to move tubs and load machines.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
