Job summary

Abacus Corporation is seeking a dependable Tooling Machine Operator to operate and monitor manufacturing machinery used in tooling components. The ideal candidate will follow established procedures, maintain quality standards, and work safely in a production environment.

The position offers a base pay of $19.25 per hour plus a 10% shift differential. Training and Friday overtime are available, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM and first-shift training from 5:00 AM to 3:00

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to established procedures and specifications.
• Set up, load, and unload materials and tooling as required.
• Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report equipment, material, or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.
