Total Talent Solutions in Orange, VA is hiring a Machine Operator to operate conventional and CNC production equipment, monitor quality, and help keep manufacturing moving in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires working the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, with pay at $18.00–$19.00 per hour plus a shift premium, and weekly pay. You will join a safety-focused team, applying machining knowledge to meet quality standards and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience as a CNC Machinist or similar machining role.
• Familiarity with multiple CNC machines and control systems.
• Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate conventional and CNC production machines, including winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders.
• Perform finishing work such as sanding and deburring to meet quality standards.
• Apply knowledge of material hardness, tooling selection, cutting speeds/feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a safety-focused manufacturing environment.
