Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited education program for Surgical Technologists.
• CST certification desired.
• CBSPD Ambulatory certification desired.
• BLS-Certification upon hire.
• Previous Operating Room experience with demonstrated OR technical ability.
• Understanding of surgical instrumentation and procedures in sterile fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms and set up sterile fields for procedures.
• Assist surgeons during operations and maintain sterile technique.
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Maintain equipment and assist with room turnover and terminal cleaning.
• Pull case supplies for next day procedures.

Education

Graduation from an accredited education program for Surgical Technologists

CST certification desired

CBSPD Ambulatory certification desired

BLS certification upon hire
