Job summary

Westfall Technik Inc. in California is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor to oversee manufacturing activities on the night shift, drive production targets, ensure quality and safety compliance, and lead a hands-on team on the shop floor.

You will coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams, use ERP/MES systems to track metrics, and report to leadership. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to train and develop staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required, an Associate or Technical Degree is preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing or production experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in using computer systems (ERP, MES, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Monitor machines, work orders, and material usage, resolving issues promptly.
• Support with job setups, preventative maintenance, and process adjustments.
• Communicate performance updates to leadership and coordinate with other departments.
• Document production performance, attendance, quality concerns, and downtime.
