Job summary

Westfall Technik is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor to lead manufacturing activities on the night shift at our Union City, CA facility. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met, while guiding team members and reporting to leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in supervision, strong communication skills, and experience with ERP/MES and Lean/Six Sigma concepts. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate/Technical Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present data clearly.
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems and Excel; familiarity with production software.
• Knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise production staff; ensure SOPs, safety protocols, and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance, work orders, material usage; resolve issues.
• Provide support with job setups, maintenance, and process adjustments.
• Communicate performance and updates to leadership; prepare shift handovers.
