Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience; 2+ years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead engineering team to achieve site and department goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable manufacturing processes.
• Technical and hands-on automated equipment troubleshooting, repair, and improvements.
• Write validation, user requirements, equipment specification, and other documents as needed.
• Establish relationships with customer and automation suppliers for win-win results.
• Promote and support a Lean Manufacturing environment within the facility.
